A host reads the enquiry, considers dates, regions of interest, and party details, and checks availability patterns for your preferred travel window.
2.First outline
A clear outline and indicative investment range are prepared, often with one or two route options in the Signature and Legacy Collections.
3.Refinement
The outline is emailed, with an option to refine by email or a short call, until the pacing and details feel right. Only then is a formal booking proposed.
